My daughter did what she thought was a nice thing when she received a call from Bransongetaways. She pretended to be me and ordered a package which they said I had requested information on at a Shoneys in TN. (I have never been to a Shoneys in TN or anywhere else) True my daughter should not have placed the order, yet when I called them they said that in their opinion it was me that placed the order and even though I was unemployed now, I had until December 2003 to use the trip.

I could not make them understand that I needed my money now. The $243.58 it cost was all I had in the bank and I would be without grocery money for a week. I was just recently unemployed and am earnestly seeking a job, however, they did not care about that, even though one of their requirements, according to Yvonne, is that you currently have a $35,000 a year job.

Be sure to let your family know not to purchase anything if they are told you requested information from some place other than where you normally go and really be sure you family knows not to use your ATM Debt card without your permission.

I can't even have the package transferred to someone else who wants to go and has the money to pay for it!!

I have traveled with this company twicE this year. they have accomadated all of my needs in everyway possible way. I am a handicap single mother with specials needs as a traveler. My experience from the the moment I purchased my package from a sweet girl on the phone, until the very I moment I left. They bent over backwards to make sure all my needs were met even though they did not have too. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO ENSURE MY HAPPINESS AS A CUSTOMER AND THAT MAKES THEM A SUCCESS . I will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who would like to travel to Branson 1st class and save alot of money !!!!!!!

Just because there are no complaints on the BBB website doesn't mean there are none. I had a war with a certain credit card company, and there have been over 1500 complaints and over 300 Rip-Off Reports filed on this company, but guess what? Not a thing on the BBB website. Not one. Never mind that I personally filed a total of four myself.

This package, $243.58, was refunded to the clients credit card as she requested. This was not a debit card as the client stated.
