Vacation Ownership at Branson’s Nantucket offers vacationers an opportunity to save on the increasing costs of vacation accommodations while enjoying all the comforts of home in a resort setting.

We bought from them and were promised many things, most of which have gone unfulfilled, even though included in contract. One item was discount hotels, we specifically asked about two cities, after they spent some time on the telephone they quoted a very reasonable rate. When trying to book hotels in these cities we were told by customer service supervisors that hotels in these two cities had never been available. We were told we would not have to pay a maintenance fee for the rest of our lives, if we so wanted. This was included in the contract. We then learned from customer service of the company who did this, that it is subject acceptance by then, and if accepted requires an additional fee. We were told a company would list our timeshares and they had great success in selling.  Even after much correspondence, the timeshares have never been listed properly.  After writing them, a representative from Branson Nantucket did leave two messages on our home phone--but at times when we had said we would be out of state. Our return phone calls and even a stop at their office has resulted in no contact with their representative. We are very disappointed in this purchase, and warn others to be very cautious.
