I paid for a hotel package for Branson, MO from Branson Travel Group for $119.00 and recently tried to make reservations for the package I paid for in February. When I called to make the reservation, they asked me if I made more than $40,000 per year. I said I am not giving that information. They said I cannot have the trip unless I pay $130 more or ask somebody to sleep with me in the hotel that makes more than $40,000 per year. This is not what I paid for. I asked for a refund saying I purchased it in Feb but it was just recently that I had decided what dates I wanted to go. Now I can't go because I don't make enough money and I have to humiliate myself by trying to find someone who makes more money to sleep with me so I can take the trip I paid for. I want a refund of $119.00 and I want to report a company that is targeting seniors because that is one of the questions they asked me and they ask me if I could hear them ok. They did not tell me I had to make $40,000 per year as a requirement at the time I purchased the hotel package for $119.00. I don't trust them and they have humiliated me the way they talk to me.

Okay, I just had to get on here, and reply to this lady, so, the TRUTH is and since she is NOT providing the truth, and using slanderous tactics like they should sleep with her is just mind blowing. ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED FOR QUALITY CONTROL and upper management has listened to that call from A-Z and NO WHERE on that call did the rep say, "IF YOU SLEEP WITH ME YOU CAN HAVE THE TRIP" what the rep did ask her is YES, do you make $40,000 or more, and she declined to answer that, the reason she declined just as she stated is because she does not make that much money.
When she bought the package over the phone they asked her and its on RECORDING are you over the age of 28, combined income of 40,000 or more and do you have a MAJOR CREDIT CARD OR CHECKBOOK with you, she ANSWERED YES to all 3, once she said YES the VERIFICATION MANAGER continued on with the verbiage of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS on the recording. Apparently this lady was not paying a bit of attention and she just said YES TO SAY YES. So, by her making slanderous comments like IF YOU SLEEP WITH ME, YOU CAN MAKE A RESERVATION that is so far fetched and childish of this lady, its NOT even funny, ALL because she does not qualify for the package deal, IF she would have PAID ATTENTION to the original recording and NOT SAID YES to confirming she makes 40,000 or more a year, then she would not have been in the situation now.
THIS LADY NEEDS TO GROW UP AND ACT LIKE A MATURE ADULT AND NOT A IMMATURE CHILD THROWING A TEMPER TAMPER, sorry that you got disqualified for lying that you originally said you make 40k or more, when in fact that you got busted out that you really dont make it, and when the rep offered to sell you a NO HOOK PACKAGE FOR MORE MONEY, so you can keep the package, since you didnt qualify for the low rate package price, the rep was trying to help you keep your package and still enjoy time in Branson, and sell you a NO HOOK PACKAGE, THEN you go off on a slanderous comment, sounds to me like you need to grow up ma'am!!!!!!!!!
