Brant Florist Believes it is ok for call service to lie to customers and your bill to not show total Ontario, Canada Nationwide

This florist has a call center that is not to be trusted. I was told my total would be around ten dollars more than 40...making it 50.... I was also told that I would receive a call back from the main shop with the exact total BEfORE my card was charged.

 

i was charged 66 and never called to confirm.

My email confirmation didn't even show the total. Has to call to get that.

The manager basically said he can't help that the people he pays to answer the phones in the evening are unaware of their policies and I can check my credit card bill for total..

VERY disappointed!
