Complaint Review: Brant Goble U.S. Corp

 While we have no contact or understanding of WE Energy, LLC; it is obvious that such party has differing opinions. Such are every person's right, but WE Energy, LLC. has no knowledge of the events in question and claims made herein. Any parties whom wish to contact him for his recommendation have that right, but we also will gladly accept any inquiries and provide them evidence of the claims against Mr. Brant Goble. In regards to the accusations of libel made by WE Energy, LLC. against Imperium, we have stated many times, we welcome objective and judicial litigation or arbitration on these matters. We appreciate WE Energy, LLC. feedback, but will not entertain third party accusations further.

 Why would anyone need to review any proof of circumstances if they are already happy with their relationship with Brant Goble, U.S. Corp? That process is irrelevant. What is truly libelous is the original post. Because these statements we're blindly submitted by a disgruntled party that just needed to blame somebody for not being able to sell their questionable and over priced project. Not to mention the skeptical procedures an interested buyer had to follow in order to make a informed decision. This is what really has no merit! I would hope Imperium would do some serious soul searching about their business practices. Anyone who does not know Mr. Goble and reads any of this, please call him and ask him to give you my contact info. I'll give you everything you need to be comfortable moving forward with and his organization, including our consulting agreement with him.

 We maintain our position on these issues. Parties not privy to the events that transpired between Imperium and Brant Goble are now making fraudulent statements and wildly unwarranted accusations against Imperium. Yet again, only verbal statements of no merit have been presented by Hal, WE Energy, LLC. as a rebuttal of facts against Brant Goble. Imperium yet again, welcome litigation or arbitration and the presentation of facts, correspondence and contract agreements between Brant Goble and U.S. Corp with Imperium to identify his fraudulent and misrepresenting tactics, as well as his illegal activities as an unregistered broker of oil and gas in the State of California.

To date, yet again, no rebuttals have provided any evidence contrary to the material identifying Brant Goble's fraudulent activity. Hal, WE Energy, LLC.; and any other party are welcome to contact our offices for proof of the circumstances, but are merely making third party verbal statements [of no merit or legitimacy] against Imperium. If Brant Goble and U.S. Corp are in fact legitimate and our assessment of the circumstances between Imperium and Brant Goble and U.S. Corp are inaccurate, we welcome litigation, arbitration or other objective evaluation of facts, but only identify those rebuttals and statements made by those parties, including Hal, WE Energy, LLC., as fraudulent, non-applicable and libelous against Imperium. Any persons wanting to evaluate facts and qualified legal representation prepared to pursue, including lawyers of U.S. Corp and Brant Goble are welcome to contact us at our St. Louis headquarters. We at Imperium are more than willing to pursue, but the present status of the corporation U.S. Corp as an unpaid and voluntarily dissolved corporation for lack of payments of corporate annual fees has, to date, indicated litigating for the recovery of our lost revenue would be futile as they are now fraudulently representing to be a corporation, and not liquid for pursuit of restitution.

Our company has been working with Brant Goble, U.S. Corp now for the past year and a half. We are currently invovled in 2 closings due to Mr. Goble's specific efforts.  Both fantastic projects in West & South Texas!  He not only sourced these 2 projects for us, but he introduced us to a joint venture capital partner on 1 project and a joint venture operating partner on the other project.  We have just recently executed joint venture agreements with both parties.  Mr. Goble not only sourced all of this for our group, but he negotiated very solid terms and conditions with each projects seller.   He even ran his own economics prior to sending the projects to us.  We we're very impressed!  As far as any misrepresentations are concerened about Mr. Goble's role in these deals, is very foolish to even consider.  From day one, we executed a consultancy agreement with Mr. Goble, U.S. Corp., which stated he would source capital and opportunistic projects for us.  Thats it.  He even told us about his situation with his California Corporation.  We didn't even think twice about it.  Had no effect on our business dealings with him or the 2 acquistion projects.  We actually looked at the Imperium West Texas project, and immediatley dismissed it becuase of lack of transperency.  If this is the project that Imperium is referencing in its original post, I would have to say that if there is any fraudulent misrepresentations, they would have to be directed at Imperium.  Any seller that asks for a non-refundable deposit before disclosing engineering and reserve reports, usually means they are trying to hide something. Which is fraudualent in itself.   Folks, you can draw your own conclusions, but call Mr. Goble if you want to get things done.  I'm sure he would give you the facts about this Imperium nonsense.  They sound like a disgruntled seller.

 Statements made that Imperium assets were overpriced were never once identified by Mr. Goble. And making statements that our expectations for good faith are egregious are also erroneous. The parameters for good faith deposit arose following many months of fraudulent statements made by these "qualified" parties represented by Mr. Goble that were not properly vetted and resulted in lost revenue and time by Imperium. To date, all rebuttals have made fraudulent and erroneous claims against Imperium's identification of Brant Goble's tactics and misrepresentations. Only Imperium has offered to provide all data, correspondence and evidence toward the factual progression of events and Brant Goble's fraudulent services. Such still holds true, in the event any legitimate party wishes to evaluate the transpired events, or Mr. Goble and U.S. CORP wishes to have the justified and factual claims removed from this website, we are happy and more than willing to present the facts and evidence regarding this transaction to arbitration for an objective evaluation and decision. All other statements and/or rebuttals presented can be easily invalidated.

I have known Brant Goble for 18 months and have been working with him on several projects and have found him to be the consummate professional and a real asset to these projects.  He works with some extremely quailfied well respected companies and investors who have a high regard for Brant. Imperium's claims against Mr. Goble are extremely over the top and vindictive. Brant presented the Imperium project to me and I discussed it with a billion dollar entity as a potential partner or as a buyer.  This entity simply found the Imperium project to be on the 'periphery' and way over priced.  Brant was also challenged with selling the Imperium project during a time of sharply declining oil prices.  My financial partner also found Imperium's requirements of immediately providing a 5% deposit of the sales price, which could have been as high as $500,000 - $1,000,000, simply egregious.   Hopefully, Imperium will remove this posting against Mr. Goble.   

 Any claims of a "marginal" asset on the market for nearly two years can be identified as fraudulent through our St. Louis, MO office. The claim that our evaluation is inaccurate is as flawed as the claims made on the asset referenced. Any parties wishing to verify these claims and the invalidity of the rebuttal can contact our office and review the signed material.

We have worked with Mr. Brant Goble for over 5 years now.  He and his family have helped us source capital for our projects in West Texas.  We have been very satisfied with the investor relationships he has delivered to us and have the utmost respect for Mr. Goble and his organization to deliver when needed.  We actually know of this project that this Imperium is referencing in its original post.  It has been on the market for almost 2 years now.  The project is very marginal at best. The owners are not only unrealistic about the value of their project but we're also very unconventional about their marketing of the project.  Almost to the point where it caused some "red flags" with a couple of buyers we know of.  Its unfortuante that they would try and throw Mr. Goble under the bus but I just wanted to hopefully try and set the record straight.  I hope this helps anyone looking to business with Mr. Goble.
