Complaint Review: Brasil Courier

On April 3rd, 2010 my sister-in-law submitted 2 packages to the courier service Brasil Courier (New Jersey branch) for delivery to Sao Paulo (Brazil). The 2 packages were scheduled to be delivered on May 27th, 2010 (according to tracking info on www.brasilcourer.com).

As of this date January 8th, 2011 no delivery has been made and content of the packages became already useless. We contact this company every month since July 2010 (by phone since emails never get answered) and always get the same ridiculous answers, such as "we are working on it", "we will have an update for you by next month", "our manager is handling this issue personally" or "we hope to have this sorted out by next month".

I am aware that things in Brazil are not working always the easy way but to wait for over 9 months (!) for a delivery is not acceptable anymore in any way. Brasil Courier shows absolutely no concern or willingness to resolve this issue, nor do they seem to feel the need to update their concerned customers regarding any delivery problems.
