 I saw a cute picture on FB of greyhound print leggings and took a chance. I ordered them mid November, 2016. I used PayPal to purchase them. In mid December, Brave New Look printed a shipping label and billed PayPal. I checked the tracking number and noticed that the only action for over a month was that a label had been printed. I contacted the company several times via email. I got one very ambiguous response at the end of December with no information about when shipment might happen. I began disputing the charge with PayPal after requesting more information from Brave New Look and getting no response. I got an email this week saying the leggings were on the way. They came today. They are not the print I ordered and the fabric has been changed. I was given the opportunity to approve a substitution of goods ordered nor do I find the substitution acceptable.
