Bravenet.com ripped me off. In the fall of 2011 I received an email remingding me my services were about to expire and that they were set to automatically renew the services. Once I received the email I knew I didn't need nor want those services any more. I promptly navigated their website and disabled the auto renew feature and left the account open in the event I needed other services they offered down the road.

In January 2012 I received several email warning me that the services were going to expire if I did not take immediate action. I did not need to take action because I did not need these services any further and had already disabled auto renewal.

Bravenet.com stole the money from my account anyway and have yet to refund my money and extend an apology for their error. The only way to avoid them from theft is to simply delete your whole account and that may not stop them either. void this company and do not give them any credit card information.E
