For the 3rd time, my hosting account with Bravenet has been suspended. for the 3rd time, we have NO CLUE as to why! Bravenet does NOT communicate. If they discover something they don't like, they simply shut off your account. then it is up to you to submit a trouble ticket to find out why. sometimes as early as 24 hours later, they'll let you know what they didn't like. So then you have to fix it. THEN another 24 hours later, they'll review it, and if they don't like it, they'll leave it off. They NEVER tell you what their problem is. They have no phone numbers, and no customer support or customer service whatsoever.

No one is willing to talk to you, no one is willing to help you. They NEVER give any kind of warning, Just POOF and you're out of business until they're happy.

If you're on the internet for business reasons DO NOT USE BRAVENET!!! They're not interested in your needs as a business. They take your money without any hesitation, but just yank the plug any time they feel like it.

If you do business with them, you're a fool. We'll be transferring our sites to a REAL server as soon as we can. This 2 man operation in Canada is the single most frustrating experience I have ever had.
