on 06/06/2017 I ordered & paid for a bracelet with "Grandson/Baseball theme. After a long wait for arrival, I traced the pkg. The website states that it was delivered but not to me!! I have checked my enclosed porch, with neighbors and the post office. No one has seen or has my pkg. I have contacted this alledged business (I use that term loosely) several times. Very Slow Response to emails! Passive solutions offered when the untimely response did arrive. It sounded scripted by Daphene T. Refusing to replace or refund. Lots of negative online for this SCAM, rip off, these liars,cheaters & thieves. I now understand why. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company for sure. Do Not waste your time or money here....you will only get a headache and no merchandise. Others please come forward...the more, the better. Maybe then this crappy place will open their eyes. They claim "custom made" but took no measurements or specs, so what is custom made are the fraudulent promises and the imposter website.....these reviews will be online a long time....God has a long memory!
