In the beginning of February I took my cadillac to bravo cadillac in las cruces. I wanted them to run a diagnostic check to tell me every detail that was wrong with the car. They broke down a list which had about 4000 dollars worth of repairs that needed to be done. I chose what i wanted to fix and initialed next to the items i wanted repaired ending up costing me around two thousand dollars.

I go to pick up the car and the oil was leaking a tremendous amount from the engine which was supposed to be fixed the radiator light was still on that was also supposed to be fixed so after they had the car for a week and a half already and told me to come pick it up im taking it right back to have the same stuff worked on.

Then i get a call saying i was goin to have to pay more money to get the radiator light fixed because they thought they just needed to top it off originally. The biggest issue and till this day the car is not fixed and we are out 3000 dollars is this car has a sports mode in which the light started coming on by itself which is telling you that there is something going on with the transmission.

It was in the original estimate to get that light fixed, my husband rode in the car with a mechanic that told him the problem was fixed. A week after that we were on the interstate and that d**n light came on again. And now Bravo "lost" the original estimate that they gave us on the car and wont fix it they say now we need a new transmission!! Dont you think that would have been nice to know before investing 3000 dollars into the car.

Oh and even better they are making us pay for the rental car we used while our car was in their shop for mistakes they made. Bottom line dont do business with these people!!!

You may think going to higher management might work, well not in this situation, we went as far as the owner Raymond Palacio and he knew they were at fault and tried to get us to purchase another vehicle to make the problem go away, and when that didnt work offered us less than half of what we originally put into the car there at the shop.
