Bravo Moving Bravo moving and storage bait and switch price and when delivery was suppose to come things went to storage for additional charges Atlanta, Georgia
Bravo took a credit card deposit after a very descriptive explaination of what they were moving. Once they arrived they said they could not move at that price but it would cost another $142. Then after taking payment on pickup in the form af a check they were to deliver and collect the additional money upon arrival. They never showed at the house and told us late that afternoon we would have to go get the entire amount from the bank in cash. which was more than the contract again. Upon complaining to the office person they promptly put our stuff in storage and said if we did not deposit the funds in cash in their bank we were not getting our thing. Plus they are now charging for storage. We were waiting with the additoinal money in cash and are now out all our personal items and furniture. This must be illeagal and I want everyone to know they ripped us off.

Louie who is suppose to be in charge of deliveries promised that if we put the money in there account in cash he had some people in the area that would deliver our things today. After getting our money no one showed and I called louie he said since the complaint I filed maybe if they got to it maybe in a week if he had someone in our area to deliver. This is absolutley wrong and I belive grand theft. I will phone the police tommorrow as they have taken our money and our things and refusing to give us our things. Anyone who reads this and still uses this company will get what they deserve they have been warned.
