I purchased a brand new bravo scout June 13 2015. 2 months after purchase all 4 tires wore completely bald in the middle of the each tire. Hecht trailers in toms river,Nj claimed I had low psi. Sooooo, dispute a very heated argument with the owner I was forced to purchase 4 new tires bc he felt necessary to walk away from me leaving his associates to clean up the mess. By November which is about 2 months later it happened again to the tires. By decmeber I noticed the cross member were flexing under the wieght of my 1168 pound snapper pro 52 inch mower. Over the winter I attempted to go through the warranty system They claimed the wear on tires was due to a bent axel and again said I was overloading It. Obviously I denied all claims and accusations bc they weren't true. They gave me the run around and eventually told me to call the manufacturer myself -why should I call the manufacture- I bought the trailer thought your dealership...!!!!! The work did not get completed until April 2016 which again I paid for. Hecht trailers once again said I was over loading it. I was forced to pay close to 1000 in wielding to reinforce the trailer Cross members. Right after paying for the new wields and axel and leaf spring broke. This was my breaking point with trailer. I wanted facts and proof I wasn't at fault. I had trailer weighed at A.C.hess. 4880 pounds total wieght of Trailer!!!! Trailer is rated for 7000 lb I have owned this trailer less than 9 months and it has cost me over 2000 in shop repairs. I have replaced 8 tires, 2 leaf springs, an axel, and welded over 9 pieces of steel!!!!!Rip off alert!!!
