Bravo Transport charged cancellation fee even though they didn't shipped my car as promissed Placentia California

I placed an order to ship my car from CA to east coast. When I contacted over the phone about the details before placing the order they told me they would pick the car up in 1 to 7 days from the order placed date. So I placed the order and after a week when I contacted
them they said they haven\'t found a carrier yet and looking for one.

So I was thinking of canceling the order and I called the company to find out the procedure to cancel. They told me that there will be a $100 cancellation fee. But even before I could confirm that I want to cancel it
they canceled it and charged my card. Even though they didn\'t keep their promise to pick up my car in time they charged me for cancellation fee.

So I called them back and asked the same they are saying the cancellation is processed and they can\'t do anything about it and asked me to contact the owner by email at info@bravotransport.com but I never got a reply for my email.

Damage Resulting = I had to pay $100 cancellation fee and I lost valuable week time and in this week I had to pay $200 for my rental car.
