Complaint Review: Bravofly

Bravofly lastminute.com - Bravofly - Rumbo - Volagratis we purchased a ticket with insurance so we can change the ticket with a small fee. 2 months before the flight we emailed customer service to verify possible dates and then we settled on date, we have been going back and forth and to no avail. We the actual dayof departure has passed and we just lost our ticket since no one confirmed our return ticket date. For 2 months we were asking for confirmations and all they said we will confirm. If you want to speak to a customer representative it cot you money. This is an absolute scam. Nationwide

This company is the biggest scam ever. No response to any emails for the past 2 months when trying to change a return ticket flight date.

If you want to speak to a customer representative, it costs you money.

I posted on tripadvisor, someone by the name of Sophia contacted me however no results. 

We used them as their ticket price was cheaper and provided an insurance which allowed us to change the ticket if needed. We tried contacting them 2 months before the return scheduled flight and now that date has gone and we have no return ticket. Requested a refund - no response.

 

Someone should do something about this company.

so after a week Bravofly will not refund my ticket.!!!

Everyone stay away from this company who doesn't have a phone number nor emails to their custmer reps!!!
