Bray & Lunsford PA ripoff Unenforceable Debt Jacksonville Florida

These attorneys are bleeders and they use any methods of artifice they can to break a person down.

For instance they used a phony automated line to act like they were selling something to you.

Other times they use people in the firm who are at different positions to call verses how they used before. In other words , they use all the methods they can to break through.

This account is not on my credit file due to the statute of limitations on the debt and they are trying to collect on it to line their coffers.

If anyone ever crosses paths with these law firm I seriously would consider going after them for harassment and artifice.

Anyhow, this needs to be publicized about the inequities this law firm is practicing.

Thanks,

I have twice been on the other side of the B&L fence.  They are far less than truthful in how they conduct business and when I read the posted rebuttal by one of their employees, it only confirms how dishonest and deceitful they can be...

I have filed a FCAP bar review against one of their attorneys, Ed Clark, as he flat out lied and then manipulated his response to cover his trail of deceit.  If you run up against them, get a lawyer and fight their harassment strategies.  They have been cited numerous times for ethics violations and it is all public record.

I am an employee of Bray & Lunsford, and I can assure you we do not harass anyone. We service our clients by trying to get a hold of their (severely) delinquent debtors to negotiate settlement or payments to avoid a judgment. We also make sure we follow all FDCPA laws. If someone does not have the money to pay, I do not harass them. I let them know to call back when they can pay. We also block outgoing phone calls by request (per FDCPA).

In short-- there is no harassment going on here.
