We rented with Bray over the summer while our house was renovated. Move in was smooth. The air conditioner died over a weekend, a hot weekend. The "emergency line” was turned to voicemail. We went without ac for 4 days before someone came out. Then another day before it was truly fixed. It was miserable. Our energy bills were extraordinarily high, the air conditioner/furnace were not properly sized or maybe just about to give up. They couldn’t keep up, it was consistently 78 degrees in the house and felt like 80. Other issues we noticed after a few weeks of living there, of course we were charged for upon move out. There were objects left in the yard, and garage like oil cans that we were subsequently charged for removal. We were charged 300$ for cleaning when we had spent hours deep cleaning and patching walls etc. it was better condition than we had moved in! Now, SIX MONTHS after moving out and ready or partial deposit back, we get a letter stating they missed some stuff and we owe more. Pathetic. I’m just grateful we don’t have to be renters any longer. If we ever rent again, it will not be with Bray Property Management.
