Complaint Review: BRAYTON Henson

In July Of this year we signed up with HMH to submit LAB specimens to him. He has a contract with premier laboratories and he touted their excellent service and various testingmodalities. We brought in specimens and at first he had told us we would get paid In 60 days for the submissions then it got pushed to 90. He hasn't returned calls, he hasn't responded to emails and the 90 daysare over. He owes over $25,000 for only one doctors office and for only one month of samples in August. It is absolutely disgusting to find out he made all this money off doctors that we brought to him and he never paid us a dime! He doesn't even return calls. Now the laboratory who did all the samples for our clinics are now going to lose those doctors and BRAYTON Henson will continue to keep pocketing the money that we brought in from our hard work.

There are a lot of shady people in this lab business and it's real tough when these type things happen to our reps that are sitting waitingto get paid and then only find out they get screwed by people like BRAYTON Henson. The reps kids and my kids suffer from his greed. We all counted on the money and I even was told from one of our reps that he is losing his car because he was unable to meet the mortgage and many other bills. He knows he owes us the money. We have emails clearly showing the submitted DRs to the premiere lab. We have proof ofthousands oftexts and emails going back and forth from lab personnel to us and to reps. Also the reps that we introduced BRAYTON Henson to, he would just take from you. He has done this to three other companies I know of as well. He would contact the rep and offer them a 50/50 split on all lab samples and then leave your company without your rep and the money. Not good business, but expected from men who cheat! It's bad enough we as reps have got to watch out for those shady laboratories who don't pay or short pay.

Be very careful though when dealing with brokers like hmh BRAYTON Henson who had this planned all along to screw all of us over. I have documented everything and a legal team from 4 different states are going to come down hard. We do not need these types to muddy the business lab reps chose to be in. It's not fair, it's unethical and flat out wrong.
