Complaint Review: Bre broker real estate

This report is for any handyman, contracters, and any other home remodelers. I was hired by shawn and edna ramsey from bre broker real estate in arlington,tx for doing repairs on a home owners house for a rental property. Which I was just taken advantage for $7000 as of july 5th. Once i completed job shawn came to the house to inspect it without me present, as well as every other occasions for which to drop off materials that customer wanted or late nights. He and both his mom were taking money off of my contract for un necessary materials that werent picked out by customer. Gave me hardwood flooring and glue to stick down on 65 year old subfloors. In which i charged him for laminate. So in their case for hiring me was to corrupt these owners in which i couldnt talk to, that were the ones who also signed contract. Written by shawn ramsey. This situation was played out in their favor. Using a contract to play out on their schemes to rip off me and possibly the owner. Who might have already paid shawn and his mother for completed because of their greed. When i got done with house he wanted me to sign a document for completion without any money for my completion. Now they will not give me an answer on if i am going to receive any payment for what ive done. Contract says differently. Theres more that i could discuss. Who ever deals with these people, be very careful on what they say to you. I have put in my own money into this house as well as my time and labor. That i probably will never see. Other peoples greed for someone elses hard earned work that wasnt paid.
