We recently moved out of an apartment we had rented for over five years. The reason we moved was the noise coming from the neighbors above us. This was reported numerous times to the Leasing Manager Joseph Baker, without resolution. He would ignore the requests to address this issue. Also, we were charged an extra two months of rent for leaving before lease was up. We feel that because the noise issues were not resolved, we should not have been penalized by the company and have to pay the extra two months of rent. Also, once we had given 5-6 weeks notice, which was more than required, the dryer broke and was never fixed and the hole in the ceiling made by the maintenance staff, was never fixed. We rented a carpet cleaner at our expense and then were charged for carpet cleaning, and not given back any of our pet deposit.
