Complaint Review: Breakers Travel Services

Mr. Scott Biggerstaff, Owner promises great things to unknowing students who fall pray to his company and does not follow through, will not return phone calls, etc. He charged $900.00 for one week in South Padre, Texas for an alleged condo with all the amenities (which in fact cost $335.00 for the week). This place was filthy, small, and not at all what was promised.



When we arrived we had to pay an additional $500.00 security fee and then when we explained that our room was unacceptable the rental company offered to upgrade us for an additional $300.00! Still Mr. Scott Biggerstaff was unavailable...probably vacationing on the commission earned from me!

Never, ever will I use this gentlemen (and I use that term lightly) again! I would encourage everyone to explore this company fully before booking!
