My car was towed to this location after its transmission failed. The shop quoted me $2600 and 7 days to fix it.  I found somewhere that could do it cheaper and faster, so arranged to have it towed it over to that place.

When I arrived to get my car and pay my bill for the diagnostic, I found that I had been charged for almost 4 hours of labor.  When I got my car to the new shop that ultimately fixed the transmission, they verified that NO work had actually been done on my car.

Additionally, when my car was towed to Breaking Point the night before, I was quoted a price for the tow.  When I arrived to pay my bill, that price had been nearly doubled.  When I asked the owner why the discrepancy existed on my bill, he said that "we always mark up towing about 100%."
