Complaint Review: Breakthrough Consulting Group

Actually, I have every right to post my "oppinion" which is based on my experience. The employees that I spoke to were not even able to give me a website address when I ask for it. They stated "well I sent you a link to our facebook page". What legitimate company provides their facebook page and not their website page. Also have you forgotten the FACT that when I contacted companies that your company claims to be associated with I was told that that was a lie? They have no clue who your companie are. Kind of fishy don't you thnk? Oh and I almost forgot, as far as your different phone number claim, that doesn't hold water either. Every single email, phone call, fake looking web page and facebook site all have the same phone number. I can post proof if you would like. If I post the email however just be prepared to have all the spelling and grammar errors, in your professionally written email, posted for all to see how intelligent your companie is.

Fl Marketing and Breakthrough Consulting Group are sister companies, with separate clients.  You would receive emails from both if you applied for both.  They also have separate phone numbers. Same area code, but different numbers.  They have different owners, they have different employees.  Please do not base your opinion on a few emails that you received.  If you've never been in the office, or met with the employees, you really have no business posting your comments.  And anyone can be qualified for a marketing career.  Both companies provide full PAID training for people that they feel have a great attitude and people oriented personalities.  Neither of these businesses would be a good choice for you if you are afraid of hard work and dedication. Other than that, I have had not but positive experiences working with them.

I was also contacted by this company for an interview. Funny thing about it is that this company has the exact same address, telephone number and even suite number as "Florida Marketing" aka Florida Marketing Group aka Florida Marketing INC. I contacted a few of the companies that Florida Marketing claimed to work with and was told that that information was not correct and they had no idea who this company was. I have never come across two seperate businesses that work out of the same Suite and share one telephone number. I have also never been called and emailed more than once by an employer to set up an interview. I was called and emailed a total of five times by BTC wanting me to come in for an interview. I'm not even qualified for the position they want me for. How desperate are they? Also check out their web site, there is barely even any information on the companies, either one, on their pages.

I am the admin for Breakthrough Consulting Group.  I am responsible for setting up interviews, and responding to emails from job websites that we recieve.

We are a marketing firm.  We do direct marketing.  We work with major retailers such as The Sam's Club, Costco, and the Home Depot.  If we were not a legitimate company, would these retailers allow us to recognize them as our clients?  You believe this is a rip off, because you came in for an interview, and were not asked back? Or is it because it is a hourly + commision baised position, that you were made fully aware of before you "wasted your time"? 

We have over 50 employess who work hard everyday, many have been promoted into management, and eventually became owners of their own office.  What we do is hard work. It takes a lot of time, dilligence, and a certain attitude.  

We are looking for great candidates to join us.  We do this, because that is how a business in marketing grows, something you obviously have no concept of.

Please do not post your ridiculous comments on here.  I work very hard, and I love my job.  Roy is a great person to work for.  He cares about the success of his employees, and goes out of his way to make sure that we are happy here. I'm sorry you were not thrilled with our idea, but please do not think there are not others who love it here.  It just may not be for you.
