Buyers Beware!!! This company is a RIP OFF.. They will promise the world to you.. and Will Not deliver on their promises. I called them for an estimate on a heat pump. A rep came to the house and measured everything, took at least 100 pictures spent 4 hrs here. They verified that I qualified and was accepted in the NYSERTA program for financial help.
Over a month went by so I called to see when it can be installed and the pricing. He told me that he didn't send the paperwork in yet. Waited almost another month called and left a message still no response. Called back again and he blocked my calls this time. When he was at the house measuring before he left he asked me, well how much do you want to spend, Like a used car salesman..
He wanted me to commit to 30, 40, or 50 thousand dollars before he was going to do anything. I finally got to talk to the boss and he said that he couldn't get it was not available, gave me every song in the book. If you don't spend what they want you to spend they throw you under the bus. I guess it's not worth their time.
These people are Low Life Scumbags.. Stay Away !!! I called their competition and had the unit installed the following week.
