 The owner of this small time 'real estate group' is quite treacherous and willing to embellish facts, agree to false financial records keeping, and twist the truth to accomplish her own diabolical agenda.This devious individual, as owner of a small "real estate group" bought 2 condos in our community in south Dallas county,Texas then misrepresented herself to the homeowners at an official HOA meeting in 2015 to get elected to the board.She weaseled herself into a position of leadership on the board,then manipulated decisions and appointment of new board members to gain control of board in order to control finances and decisions regarding her 2 rental units, though she doesn't live on site here , and has no actual knowledge of the condition of the property or ,worse, even any desire to follow Texas state HOA rules, our clearly defined HOA bylaws, and acceptable real estate ethics practices!!! This is mind boggling and outrageous! Our financial records have been falsified(we have proof in hand), she has completely relinquished responsibility for management of the property to a truly unscrupulous "management company" who, of course are self serving and cheat us on various issues....bogus 'late fee' charges for homeowner dues(when notification was made this creature responded "it's just a rumor" and made no effort to hold the offending disgraced accountable ( though this represents obvious falsifying of financial records.THIS IS A RIPOFF! Annual and bylaws required quarterly board meetings are intentionally ignored to bypass accountability and full disclosure of illegal ( per TX States HOA law actions and decision making processes of honest dues paying homeowners monies that are meant to pay for property maintenance and ,not least of all, oversight by management company to insure full compliance with all applicable HOA laws,our bylaws and Texas Open Meeting Act (TOMA) regulations. The property is in a physical shambles....wood trim rotting,paint peeling from stucco (over 10 years since last painted) , driveway and parking lot asphalt breaking up massively, no working irrigation system for over 3 years for landscape, and the roofs need replacing! Security lamp post, where we have single women,disabled people, and older retirees ....has been knocked down and LAYING ON THE GROUND FOR 3 MONTHS has still not been fixed. THIS IS ALL A MASSIVE RIPOFF, all because of one deceitful,self serving , habitual law breaker who, of all people, should be most willing and conscious to abide by the law and maintain the highest standard of ethics due to having a real estate license. This is truly unprecedented in my experience! Did I mention.....This is a ripoff?
