I found the most beautiful Yorkie on Breeder HQ.com.   I called and they sounded so professional and told me that they only use the BEST breeders and they are all checked out.  I even had to go through a background check where they asked me if I had other pets, the ages of my children, and if I ever got a pet from a "puppy mill".  They really wanted to sound as if they cared.  Although everyone is approved - they make it sound like some are not - even telling me that they refused to put a yorkie with a family that had a 3 year old child (whatever!).     We were told we had to wait a few weeks (not sure why) but i went along.   The dog had to shipped to us from another state and we were told we had to wait for it to have its final health exam and that particular breeder only went to the airport once a week on Thursdays.   I called several times over the next 2 weeks to get a status and noone was really giving me any status and could not say for sure if I was even getting my dog on the day I was told.   I was getting a little cautious and finally (what I should have done to begin with) i started searching the internet and started seeing all these stories about Breeder HQ being a scam company.   I was so upset as my kids already fell in love with this picture of this dog and the idea we were getting this Yorkie.... but I decided to let it right UNTIL the night before I was to get my puppy I received a call telling me there was an issue with my payment (my payment that ALREADY went through a couple of weeks ealrier and was NOT in my bank account).  They told me that the payment went through an account that was not for AKC registered dogs and that it was now "frozen" in that account and if I wanted the puppy I had to give them another 1700 or I couldnt get the dog.  My bank would have to deal with the frozen account situation.  I was MORTIFIED!   I told her that it sounded eerily similar to other stories I read on the internet and I would have to call her back.  I immediately called my bank and they said the story sounded very fishy and doesnt make any sense - they should be able to use internaly accounting to move the money to the correct acount.  I filed a complaint - that was on August 16th and I still have not received a dime back from Breeder HQ!!!  I even sent them an email with NO response.   I ended up getting a Yorkie from a local couple who had a litter of dogs - and we LOVE her to death!!!   But I still wonder about the dog we "could" have had and if it really even existed.  PLEASE do not buy your dogs fromthis company!  I will update this when I hear from my bank on final resolution. If they cannot get my money within 60 days I will be filing a suit against this company to hopefully get my $1700 dollars back!

You can now visit the new site puppyhq.net  Same company, at it again and just in time to sell puppies for christmas.

How many times can one company change their name?

BreederDirect.com
PremiumBreeders.com
BreederNetwork.com
BreederHQ.com
and now
PuppyHQ.net

Do your research before you spend your money on something you may never see!
Stay away from puppyhq.net and all of the other sites they may be selling from.

Breeder Network strikes again

#5Consumer Suggestion

Fri, October 14, 2011

This is what the title of the suggestion above should be.  Breeder Network got a well deserved "F" rating at the BBB after numerous complaints in ONLY 1 YEAR (look them up at www.seflorida.bbb.org), and changed its name to this company BreederHQ.  The proof is in the attached screen shots taken before Breeder Network shut its website down a few months ago.

WATCH OUT PEOPLE!  If you are planning to buy from BreederHQ, realize you are dealing with the same people who ran Breeder Network, and CHECK THEM OUT.  Then go look at the complaints against Premium Breeders, because IT IS THE SAME PEOPLE TOO.  And it is the same company as Breeders Direct.  CHECK OUT THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THAT COMPANY.  If after reading you feel comfortable, by all means send your money to BreederHQ.

Of course you did not get your puppy. That is how they work. You need to file a chargeback with your back ASAP for failure to receive goods purchased. It looks likes this company loses their ability to charge cards every few weeks due to fraud and complaints. From what I have heard, they try and get the breeder to ship the dog without payment so they never have to pay for anything then they don't even pay the breeders. Nobody should buy a dog from them or try and sell dogs through them. The only was this will stop is if people are warned about this BEFORE they give this company any money. I know someone who worked there and they mark up the cost of the dogs by double or even triple what the breeder charges. Buy right from the breeder and save money and headache. You should post your story everywhere you can and help stop this from happening to others. They now run a high school out of that office too. An online school called American High School and I hear they don't care about anything except getting money from parents who want to help their kids. It's really sad that these types of businesses are able to exist. But Mr. Vincent or Vineet Chhabra is all about money and will use anyones name or anything else he can to make sure he has money in his pocket. When my friend quit, she had to call everyday for weeks to even get her final check. She told me that both of the sales managers that worked there left too! Buyer beware of these online scam companies.
