This is just a friendly warning to all potential customers of Joseph Breen and Associates, Government Contract Consulting. I found one report listed here on ripoffreport.com where Mr. Breen claims to not have heard of the complaintant. Here is some information that is hard to dispute.
Mr. Breen plead guilty to two counts of larceny in the 1st degree on 3-5-2009. Mr. Breen was prosecuted by the Statewide Prosecution Bureau of the Chief State's Attorney's Office in Rocky Hill Connecticut. You can find him under docket
H13W-CR07-0142538-S. This took place in Enfield Superior Court, GA13. He received a ten year jail sentence (execution suspended) probation 3 years. Mr. Breen was also ordered to pay $44,000.00 in restitution.

The warrant for these charges were issued in 2007 and in the warrant it states that he failed to provide meaningful services to a Philadelphia Company but it also alleges similar conduct in Miami Fl., Troy NY. and Las Vegas NV. Mr. Breen has two years of probation remaining, if you were taken by Mr. Breen I suggest you contact the Connecticut State Attorney General.
Mr. Breen evidently has several other companies with different names as well, beware.
