I am reporting this deadbeat mom. Brenda Aguirre left her one and a half year old and six year old daughters in 2001 for another man. She chose a life of drugs and alcohol. Something that I don't want my girls exposed to.
Now it is 2005 and we haven't seen any money from child support since the divorce. She did work but quit right away when she found out that money was being taken out of her checks. We moved to Minnesota to live a better life. The girls have a new mom. The deadbeat doesn't even acknowledge the girls. She hasn't spoken to them or helped out.
Last I heard of her she was smuggling illegal immigrants across the checkpoints in Texas, and she was getting paid cash and a man would rent her a car, but no one did anything about it. I did report it to the immigration border patrol and wrote a letter to the SSN for fraud.I also heard that she opened up a shoe store in La Grulla Texas, thats about 15 minutes away from Rio Grande City. She calls it Britny's Shoes. I also heard that she smuggles the immigrants across the river through the store since the store is located on the Rio Grande.
She is involved with a married man named John Richmond. She is also using that mans wifes social security number to buy things in her name. After we got divorced I started to get bad credit, I now am in $20,000 debt because I believe she is using my SSN also.
In November of 2003, we did receive a couple payments but I found out that she was working in Nebraska which was impossible since we had talked to her in Texas which led me to believe that she sold her identity to an illegal immigrant so they could work and she wouldn't have to pay child support to us.
Everything in her life is messed up and no one does anything about it. She has done bad things to my family and now its time I have my revenge on her. She needs to pay up or go to jail for all the bad things she is doing.

I have received a phone call in August 2006 from Brenda Lee Aguirre, she wanted to speak to the girls but I told her why she hasn't called in a long time and she got angry and I told I have medical bills that she is supposed to pay also and she refused after that she said she didn't want to talk to them. The next day she called again and she wanted the girls social security numbers and I said what for? and she said she needs them so she can give up her rights to the girls so she wouldn't have to pay child support. I said she could have them because I know what she does with SSN numbers. She hasn't paid me anything. She works and then quits when it gets reported. She is still doing the smuggling, but as of right now I have no idea where she is. I contacted the office of the attorney general of Texas Gregg Abbott, I got reponses but nothing that would help me out. I think she might be working under her sisters names. One is Lilliana Aguirre and Rosa Aguirre and Manuela Aguirre. Her mothers name is Elizabeth Garcia, who she is currently staying with. But they move every month. She owes over $20,000 in child support. Why hasn't she been caught? What can I do?
