Brenda Roger and her business, which was in 2007 named High Sierra Adventure Sports when she was located in South Lake Tahoe, CA, hired me to video document the City of South Lake Tahoe inspecting her facility for a on Lake Tahoe Blvd. regarding signage, parking and rear door access to her facility.


I spent an hour and a half videotaping on my DVD camcorder and delivered to her a door an invoice and the original DVD from the camcorder. I never recieved payment, and she has since left that address and moved her facility to Nevada.

This report was written by our ex lawyers employee. I linked the email back to his office unfortunately. We have a claim against this office with the California State Bar, and I have even been to court and filled a restraining order for slander on the internet, they retracted, but are now back at it. The attorney failed to follow court procedures on our case, and many other client cases listed on the court web site. The attorney filled bankruptcy on his clients, which hurt people. This report, along with many other false reports, will be turned over to the bar claim we have pending. Its a shame his office has came to this false reporting. One reason, among many, we had no choice but to go to the California State Bar and file a restraining order against him. We have a court hearing on the restraining order June 29, 2010. Take this false report with a grain of salt!

B Rogers, You must have forgotten that when the city was at your South Lake Tahoe facility on Lake Tahoe Blvd. not only myself but you as well told them I was hired to document the inspection.. I am not going to let this go. PAY ME MY MONEY  And by the way I HAVE NEVER BEEN AN EMPLOYEE OF ANY LAW FIRM, LAWYER OR ATTORNEY I am a professional video and audio engineer and have been and for over 35 years and well respected in the Industry. So once again do your research and get your facts right.

We hired a lawyer in town that we had to file a against at the california State bar regretfully. This person is his video photographer and I never hired him, our lawyer hired him i guess. He came to our place of business on the direction of our lawyer. Our lawyer had a retainer in full for his services, that he did not render, and now our case is at the bar against the lawyer. I never received a bill or the DVD he took.
Its truelly as shame when people try to slander people with untrue statements.
