Complaint Review: Brendan Friedman

BRENDAN J FRIEDMAN stop pretending like you are not to blame for the cancellation and the reason you were forced to spend almost $1,000 more on a different photographer for your wedding. You made your choice and did the worst thing for yourselves while trying to buy a new home this summer. I was not going to cover that difference in court and I knew the judge would never award you that extra money. Quit shifting all the blame on me for your choices. I wanted the full price listed on the contract and you wanted to cancel so I had a legal right to refuse and file court papers to protect my company and my personal interests. Your wife Savanna pulled the online trigger first.

You and Savanna had a contract with my company and it was canceled and you got a refund after it was resolved in court. It was paid in cash before leaving court. You both were attacking my name and my company before going to the court hearing. You’ve been making threats and false accusations for the last 30 days. STOP posting actions you've taken in fantasy land and understand I will be checking every week for any court filings and if you get a PPO under my name I will get it terminated very shortly after I am served those papers. I checked the Pontiac Circuit Court this week and no PPO was ever processed there. I also checked district court in Novi and you never filed civil suits there. I will bring a dozen character witnesses to court to testify on my behalf including wives, Mother’s, brides, and children.

You must feel very powerful like you can destroy my entire world and ruin my chances of making any money by doing wedding photography after locating a public record from the year 2003 but I don't care because it was resolved in court 10 years ago with the victim and that is why I only got 2 years probation and I chose anger management class over community service. She would testify on my behalf that her injury was not my fault. Our parents were out of town that weekend of May 17, 2003 and she invited friends over to the home after 2:00am but I was staying there taking acre of the home and many different animals they had on the property. I was awake when they showed up and they were all intoxicated after going to bars in Milford and wanted to party at the house but I refused to let them inside the house and called the police. The guys were angry and starting to throw beer cans and yelling to let them inside, she was accidentally cut on the head from falling backwards into the fence by the driveway. I kicked one of the cars because I was pissed off they would not leave. When the cops showed up ten minutes later they all gave statements and I was arrested because the guys lied to the police about what really happened shifting all the blame to me. If you want to the truth about this incident from ten years ago why not speak with the people involved including my sister and ex-girlfriend that posted my bond 12 hours after being in jail. I'm don't regret my actions of that night. My sister knows it was just an accident when she got a cut on her head while falling backwards into the fence. We had several court hearings that year and everybody had to testify in court but three people refused. I was sentenced to 2 years probation. If you would like to speak with my sister she will tell you I’m not a violent criminal.

What you are doing is causing panic amongst brides and making them scared. Recently two brides saw your report and the report posted by your wife and asked for my side of the story. I gave them the evidence and allowed them to speak with other brides that used me this year and they spoke with my sister about the 2003 record. They like my work and trust me so they are not going to cancel the contracts.

If you really want to fight Brendan Friedman...get some boxing gloves and I will make arrangements for a cage fight MMA style where you and I can pulverize each other until one of us taps out. We can invite our friends and family out there and even hire those skanky ring card holders for every round. Otherwise just STOP this web attack you and Savanna are doing and leave me the heck alone.

Its ridiculous that you post about the harassment I am doing but you both were doing it to me since the morning of October 3 when your wife Savanna posted that ripoff report. A trusted friend checked your facebook page and copied the conversation you both were having with your friends before we had the court hearing. You won the judgment and I paid the entire refund amount in cash before leaving court. So why the non-stop threats and harassment this month? You speak of protecting wives, Mothers and brides but your wife Savanna is the only mother/bride you are speaking of when you post about taking precautions because you think your lives are in danger. Her report alone almost caused a cancellation 2 weeks ago with another bride getting married Saturday October 26^th 2013. I gave that bride the facts and told her my side of the story and allowed her to speak to other brides about my photography work this year and she gave me the opportunity to earn back the trust last week. Another bride found your report October 28th Brendan J Friedman but she knows its mostly lies and you are only trying to scare people and instigate problems for my company and make it nearly impossible for me to earn money by doing these services in Michigan. Any brides interested in having me do their wedding pictures are going to hear my side of the story and be given evidence that contradicts both your reports. I am taking precautions and have already made several changes to avoid confrontations or cancellations with brides that do a name search and find your reports online. What you are doing is not going to be tolerated.

Those people that created reports in the last five years have already been investigated and taken to court for slander, libel, defamation of character, tortious interference, and damages from losses on contracts. If you continue to post false accusations and bad information without proof it can be very harmful to you both if this gets moved by the lawyer to the next level in civil court. Don't waste your money on weapons, pepper spray, tazer guns, security cameras on your homes, armed security guards, bullet-proof windows, witch doctors. I have never had any intentions of coming to either of your homes in the future.

DO NOT SIGN A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU'RE OKAY WITH NON-STOP HARASSMENT AND BEING ATTACKED ONLINE. THEY WILL PUT YOUR LIVES THROUGH COMPLETE HELL WHEN THEY CANCEL AND DEMAND MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT OR REFUSE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT LISTED ON THE CONTRACT!!!
