Brennan & Clark Mike Brennan Partner I received a threatening harassing phone call today 12/29/14 from the law firm of Brennan & Clark the phone said he was an attorney from the firm Brennan & Clark. But when I asked for his name and phone number he refused to provide either to me. In fact he hung up on me. He just kept repeating himself on the phone to me "pay up today $991.00 or else I'm suing you. He would not let me explain why I did not owe this money. He was rude and aggressive pressuring me on the phone without identifying himself. I felt like I had the Mafia on the line. I'm 70 years old and suffering with a brain tumor. This individual put me under extreme stress with his strong arm tactics on the phone.. I feel sorry for other people he has called and used the same tactics and M.O. to try and scare them into paying for something they don't owe. Villa Park Illinois

THIS CALLER IDENTIFIED HIMSELF ONLY AS AN ATTORNEY FROM THE LAW OFFICES OF BRENNAN & CLARK. HE WAS RUDE AND AGRESSIVE TOWARD ME AND SAID PAY UP TODAY $991.00 OR ELSE HE WOULD SUE ME. HE CLAIMED HE HAD SENT ME A LETTER FROM HIS LAW FIRM WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. ISK HIM TO EMAIL OR FAX THE LETTER TO ME AND I WOULD READ IT AND CALL HIM RIGHT BACK. HE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME A COPY OF HIS LETTER HE CALIMED OT HAVE SENT ME. I ASKED HIM FOR HIS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AND HE HUNG-UP ON ME. I REALIZED AFTER HE HUNG-UP ON ME THAT AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS NMAE THAT HE NEVER SEND ME A COLLECTION LETTER FOR $991.00, HE WAS LYING INTENYIONALLY TO AVOID WAITING THE 30 DAYS TO ALLOW ME TO DISPUTE THE AMOUNT. I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET AND STRESSED OUT AFTER THE BASHING I TOOK OVER THE PHONE FROM THIS ALLEGED CALLER FROM THE LAW FIRM BRENNAN & CLARK.
I'M ALMOST 70 YEARS OLD AND SUFFERING WITH A BRAIN TUMOR. I'M SUPOSE OT BE UNDER ANY STRESS. I GET THE IMPRESSION THIS CALLER HAS NO COMASSION FOR OTHER PEOPLE AND IS A SCAMMER. I HOPE HE IS STOPPED AND DISCHARED FROM HIS EMPLOYER BEFORE HE HURTS OTHER PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE WITH HIS STRONG ARM TACTICS. I ALSO PLAN ON CONTACTING THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I BELIEVE THERE ARE LAWS AGAINST THIS TIME OF BEHAVIOR OVER A TELEPHONE.
