For the last week we've been receiving calls from various unnamed, deep-voiced people from brennan & clark LTD LLC demanding payment to a payroll bill that I have a paid-in-full receipt from paychex systems --  our former payroll company.   The individual will not identify himself, demands an ever-changing amount of cash under the threat of a lawsuit.


When I call paychex, they admit the bill is paid-in-full, but will not call off the bill collector.

Brennan & Clark is not a lawfirm, they are bill collectors and as far as I can tell, don't have active lawyers on staff.

With that said, they automatically everyone they talk to is the owner and keep trying to trick that person into admitting the debt is legitimate -- despite evidence to the otherwise.
