which is a news and service website for licensed amateurs. Qrz also has swap and sell forums. Brent D Payne call sign N9ZR on 12/02/05 listed a

Watt Meter, Thruline Model 43 Bird also included 2 slugs. Brents asking price was $200.00 Shipped. I went to the bank 12/02/05 and mailed a $200.00 money order to
Brent D Payne 1945 E. Prairie St. Decatur Illinois 62521

This address is the one listed in the transaction but deleted after we agreed to sale via e-mail. and listing was marked sold.

Ive called on phone to the 217 423 6165 I left messages on answering machine and with Mr. Nidiffer to please call me.

Sent e-mails reqesting my wattmeter... I have received no reply until 12/30/05 stating he would ship wattmeter in the next couple of days. I e-mailed him again with no answers. Sincerely,
