Brent Henley Craig's List Employment Fraud Snellville Georgia
This guy advertises for labor on the website Craig's List and does not pay his employees.
He gave excuses like "The builder is on vacation and hasn't paid me" or "The builder's grandfather died and he hasn't paid". He doesn't pay then he blames it on the builder.
He is a con man.
He advertises for Residential Electrical Wiring, Electrician.
He also advertises on Craig's List for his Plasma, HDTV, Satellite installation business.
Craig's List has repeatedly deleted postings about the scams this guy is running on their website, effectively sheltering him and allow him to continue to rip people off.

Brent you are lying. There was never any question as to whether the work was performed. You never said you were dissatisfied with the work. You sent e-mails stating you owed the money. You avoided phone calls and refused to return messages. You were supposed to have paid the money weeks before April 26, at which point you sent an e-mail with yet another lame excuse.
No one left any "obscene" messages on your machine or with your family.
You ripped my friend off and you know it.

I have paid 5 other helpers, in the past, everything I owed them. I even assured this helper, after I paid him out of my pocket, that I would call and meet him, as I had before, with the money I owed him. I did not once tell him he would not get paid. Although, I had customeres complain and I myself complained about his "standing around" and incorrectly doing tasks that were fully demonstrated and explained to him.
On April 26,2007 I emailed him, in the morning, to apologize and let him know that I went to work for someone else so I could pay him what i owed him. This obviously was not enough as he had people calling my home and cell phone leaving obscene messages about myself,my wife and family.
This is an indication of the type of person I selected to work with. I have involved authorities. I know how hard it has been for me to collect monies owed to me for work I've done in the past, and still today, but when I know I am right, I use the legal system to fight my battles, not false accusations and mis-representation of facts.
This person wants to be paid for "milking the clock" and shabby work. I had not once denied him the pay for the hours he was "at work", without being productive, or damage to tools and materials that I replaced and/or repaired. Also the fact that he quit without notice because he said he did not want to continue driving to the job site.
Beware employers, of David Heath and anyone associated with him. They obviously do this a lot. If He would spent this kind of energy working he may be successful at something.

The company name is I.S.S. Solutions, but it appears that the "company" is this Henley guy who works out of his car.
