Complaint Review: Brett Dabe Raving Developments

Brett Dabe has failed to make good on this agreement, he never produced $1 of income, and promised a return of the investment with 10% annual interest. This was April 2009, and 100 excuses later, I'm fed up, the guy is a crook and beware of anything he does, says or writes.

He now owes me 10,000 usd + 10% annual interest compounded for 3 years going 4 years now in 2012. 13, 300 and counting Brett, you scammer. Anyone want to contact me about him, I will show you the 100 emails he's sent me with nothing but excuses. He never intends to pay me, don't let this be you. See you in court Brett!

Investment Agreement

Brett Dabe of 7071 Yankee Estates Liberty Township, OH 45044 has created the Growing Wellness Network to market a business building package called A.S.S.E.T. to professionals, facilities, and practices within the United States. 

The A.S.S.E.T. program has a retail value in excess of $2,000. For example, the package marketed to chiropractors includes:

Additional items of value will be added to the program over time and package contents vary depending on the type of facility or practice that subscribes to the Growing Wellness Network.
 
The Growing Wellness Network collects subscription revenue per month from each professional, facility, or practice for the A.S.S.E.T.  program equal to the greater of $149 or 20% of commissions received from GeneWize.
 
xxxxx (the Investor) is an Independent Affiliate with GeneWize Life Sciences (ID# xxxxxx) and is positioned below Brett Dabe within the marketing structure. The Investor has sponsored xxxxxx (ID# xxxxxx) and xxxxxxxx (ID# xxxxxx).
 
The Growing Wellness Network and Brett Dabe are launching an effort on April 15, 2009 and agree to provide support to xxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxx by independently developing their businesses.

This will be achieved by enrolling 25 wellness professionals and/or businesses that participate in the A.S.S.E.T. program into the downline organizations of the ID#s listed above.. The 25 subscribers to the Growing Wellness Network will be enrolled within 90 days of the execution of this agreement. 5 subscribers will be personally enrolled for xxxxxx, 3 subscribers will be personally enrolled for xxxxxxx, and 3 subscribers will be personally enrolled for xxxxxxxx.

The remaining 14 subscribers will be enrolled into the organizations of xxxxx, xxxxxx, and xxxxx, however, the personal enrollments will be given to Growing Wellness Network representatives. The 25 subscribers will be evenly distributed into the right and left legs of Steve and Terry to optimize the revenue produced through the GeneWize compensation plan.
 
The Growing Wellness Network and Brett Dabe have already begun the development of the Investors business by enrolling in excess of 15 wellness professionals in the Investors lead leg and the development of this leg will continue. A minimum of 50 wellness professionals will be enrolled into that leg within 90 days of the execution of this agreement.
 
The income from GeneWize toxxxxx, xxxxx, and xxxxx will be the means that a Return on the Investment is achieved.
 
 It is estimated that the minimum monthly revenue to the Investor will be:
 
25 wellness professionals in pursuit legx 15 customers minimum each = 375
375 x 75 BV = 28,125
28,125 x .12 = $3,375 per month
 
It is estimated that the minimum monthly revenue to Terry and Steve will be:
 
6 wellness professionals in pursuit legx 15 customers minimum each = 90
180 x 75 BV = 6,750
13,500 x .10 = $675 per month

There is no limit to the growth of the referrals from these wellness professionals and customers or the income. All revenue sent to xxxxx, xxxxxx, and xxxxx from GeneWize remains their sole right and ownership.
 
The principal investment will be returned through the revenue collected by the Growing Wellness Network as outlined below. This agreement will remain in effect until the principal investment is returned to the investor.
 
The principal investment for this agreement is $10,000 and will be returned to the Investor with payments on the 15th
of each month. Payments will be equal to $49.50 per month per subscriber beginning the month after they enroll in the Growing Wellness Network. For example, when 25 subscribers are enrolled in the program per month, the investor will receive $49.50 x 25 = $1,237.50 until the principal investment is achieved.
 
Brett Dabe and the Growing Wellness Network agree to return the principal investment within 12 months of the investment. Failure to complete the return on or before 12 months will require that any shortfall convert to a promissory note with interest of 10% annually. Interest will be calculated monthly. Payments will sent to an address specified in writing by the Investor and will be a minimum of all accumulated interest and 2% of the outstanding balance. A $50 late fee will be assessed on any payment not postmarked by the 15th of any month.
 
All expenses and recruiting efforts are the responsibility of Brett Dabe.
 
Physical signatures are not required on this agreement. This agreement is being sent via electronic mail to the Investor and will be binding upon the transfer of funds per instructions below.
