Comment and Criticism of Brett Pedersen and Associates, San Francisco, CA
I am writing to share my opinion of Mr. Brett Pedersen, attorney at law. We have had the unfortunate experience of having him as our attorney. From my experience, I feel that Mr. Pedersen is unethical and is really out to milk as much money as possible in legal fees. He will pretend to be your friend and act as if he is looking at for your best interest, but burn you in the end to make as much money as possible.
Out of this experience is the harsh lesson that when you are working on a matter that requires a high degree of trust, serious due diligence is always a must. I hope that Mr. Petersen will one day reflect on this and return any money he has taken unethically from others, but doubt it will ever happen. I will never do business with Mr. Pedersen again.
Lesson learned; lesson shared.

I do not know this person. I am not an attorney in Chicago and I have not serviced any client named John in Chicago recently. My only client in Chicago is a corporation. I have practiced law for more than 16 years in San Francisco, CA only. I suspect that this person is either a competitor or a former deadbeat client who didn't pay his bill once services were completed. Hence, "John" will never do business with me again. Ha ha ha! That is the only true statement in the post!
