My daughter and I purchased living and bedroom furniture from Breuners a/k/a Goods Furniture. The king-size bed alone was approx. $850. While I received the bed immediately I noticed that the fabric made my whole body itch. Called store, was laughed at by salesman and told to "just throw something over it."

As for the living room set. We were promised a 2-week delivery day and definately by Christmas (ordered in early Nov.). Kept putting me off, telling me lies about the fabric having to come from China of all places. Put me off for months and did not receive the living room set until about March (that's approx. 4 months).

Within a few months the bed started sinking very badly in the middle to where it hurts my lower back. Again the salesman laughed at me saying "just throw a board under it."

To this date, filing the required complaint forms, being lied to by the tech that Breuner's sent out, and contacting the bedding manufacturer (I was told there was a 10-year warranty on the bed) - NOTHING. Any response at all has been negative.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I refuse to pay the finance company for the furniture until they remedy the situation. And now, I hear they are going out of business, filed bankruptcy.
