Breville Would not Honer Warranty Fishers, Indiana
I bought a Breville Espresso Maker on Amazon. Breville offers a 1 year warranty on the BES250XL machine, and 8 months into the warranty, the frothing pump lost pressure, and began leaking.
I contacted Breville, and they said to decalcify the machine. I did - again, as I had done roughly every 3 months as recommended since we purchased it. However, We also only run water from our reverse osmosis purified system through the machine.
It didn't work - as I suspected - so they put me on a hamster wheel of customer service events over 3 weeks. I finally gave up - as I'm sure they wanted - and kissed my $300 good Bye.
This was a horrible experience with both their product and their customer service
