Mr Callis hired us, as a 3PL, to move seafood for him. We provided excellent service and got his moves done. Because of the higher cost of the transportaion on seafood and the lenght of haul on these loads, we extended him credt for a month and a half.
He now owes us 150k that he will not pay. He has a multitude of excuses but long and short, we have not received a dime of money from him.
