Brian Dunn is also known as Brian Cavaliere and owns PWC-TECH along with his father preident John Dunn. It is more than likely it is the same guy from CT Powersports in new milford Ct. He works in the tri-state area traveling to marina's and people's homes to repair pwc. He takes them to his location repairs them then returns them when he's done. Brian took my 2002 yamaha and wrote a contract to rebuild the motor and repair some other things on the pwc that needed correcting and give me a trailer for it for 2000.00 at the end of the written contract he put down he will deliver it to my lake house in Pa.Igave him a 500.00 deposit. The facts are his co. has a PO Box at a UPS store in West Milford NJ and no other location on file anywhere to be found. After 6 months of e-mails and phone calls not returned I had to contact Police in NY NJ areas to persue him then found out he has it stored in Hawthorne NJ in a lot under a tent. He tried to put a lien on the ski stating I abandoned it with him. He also charged me 100.00 per day storage fee. Now the Hawthorne Police have taken a complaint for theft by deception. The lein co. has an invoice from pwc-tech for 8000.00 and I still don't know if my ski was ever fixed.

The police are looking for any other victims that might be out their.
