Brian H Adams- National Lottery Sweepstake Scam Tried to get a copy of my driver's licence and/or passport so that he could mail me my winnings UK Internet
Initially it didn't seem that suspect, as the email (shown below) didn't request money, bank account info etc. Later, however, I was asked to send a copy of my passport and/or driver's licence - that's when I was certain it was a scam. I also checked the website for the National Lottery in the UK and they have some helpful info regarding what potential scams look like. They also have email addressed for several places where you can report scams.
