Brian lonchar Well it started when I was on craigslist looking at rentals. One popped up for a lease to own. I called the number and Brian answered and said he would meet to show us the property. My family and I met Brian and we loved the property. He said the people moved out of town for business and that he would do anything to help us get the house that he enjoyed our family.

He told me to wire money into a bank account. Big mistake. I wired over $12000.00 and moved in. After we moved Brian was gone. We then paid 3 months of over $3000 and nobody’s would call us back. We then got a notice that it was in foreclosure. I called and called Brian. Nothing. I then went to the board of real estate and they said he has had his real estate lic pulled a while back.

My family and I moved and lost almost $20,000 to this fraud. He has not real estate lic. Be careful. And now he is a manager at Sacramento Mercedes. I have tried to contact him to settle. He is a coward and will steal. Be careful with this guy.. Stole money Sacramento California

With the Real Estate Board in California. I looked him up (because in Dallas there was an attorney with the same name who died). He has a license 01188622 (Real Estate Sales). Good luck
