Brian Merritt of Classic Creation (INT/TEX CREATIONS) Screwed us over. He claims to do Roofing, siding, windows, doors, framing and trim.

Did shoddy work for us, left the job undone, wouldn't come back and fix it. His warranties are BOGUS AND WORTHLESS 

He said he fixed our roof leak and give us a 1 year warrantee. It didn't leak till the first rain. (3 weeks after he did the work) It leaked the first time it rained in all the same places he said he fixed. 

We called him and he answered the phone the first time and said it must be leaking from somewhere else. He said he would be over in the morning to make good on his warrantee. I waited all day for him and called him 11 times.

The first time a woman answered and said he would call back. From then on nobody answered and all I got was his machine. So I had my son call from a phone with his area code. His wife answered on the first ring. So 2 minutes later I called the same number and guess what, she let it go to voice mail. He's obviously avoiding my calls. Now he will be all over the Net on Ripoff Report. I'll have to get a new guy to fix what he messed up. Pay it again. I got screwed.

Just in case you're thinking of using Brian Merritt...... DON'T

He claims (lol) 24 hr Emergency service but never answers his phone because he has so many complaints. So you can leave messages till hell freezes over but he won't get back to you
