Complaint Review: Brian O'Conner

We used Brian O'connors POS company for resale of pos systems. After our first sale Brian went into the hospital never to return. His "helpful" staff kindly lead us around until the day of delivery on which there was no terminal delivered. Then we had to come out of pocket to refund our merchant the full amount of the termianl $9116.40. Brian has yet to trun up and his staff has conveniently gone on vacation leaving new names and email addresses as contacts. They also changed there emailing addresses as followed: E3POS ; E3group ; Thepointpos ; seriouspos. Sometimes they where in Cummings Georga, others they were in Denver Colorado. It was a rip off from the beginning. We found out he has done this to other companys such as ours. The guy is a pro and sells himself to the point that it is amazing. He is going by the name of Serious POS at this moment. Other names he has had are Point Guard Inc., E 3 POS LLC, Point Guard Technoligies, E 3 Group LLC dba Point, Qstudios, and E Z POS. Other alias names are Frank Walters, Matt Furedy, and Nichole Seally. This guy makes a living conning people out of their money. Beware of Brian O'Conner..
