Complaint Review: Brian O'Connor

Brian is a real smooth talker. We rented our 4000 sft home in Cumming to him and his family. After a few months making friends with us he claimed a hospital had not yet released the large payment for a computer system he had installed. He payed late a few times and then not at all.

They owned 2 cars so after 2 months we offered to take 1 car as a temporary payment. He claimed he was looking into changing the title to us but later refused. He stayed polite and asked for pitty and his wife begged us to please let them stay utleast til the kids were done with school.

This all happened last year and we have yet to see a penny. At this time we have a court ruling that he owes $8,000+ in back rent. After we finally entered our property he had stolen the rented TV, made some very serious alterations to our electrical panel among many other odd things. It took 4 months to get them out!

Once they moved out he has disappeared and we can not garnish anything if we can't find him.

I think being from up north was a big lie. When they were packing my husband and I went to the house and they had their entire family there with tons of cars helping. I do think he is still I Cumming Ga.

He has apparently cheated tons of his clients and was convicted years ago of fraud for very high amounts. Found this out after he left from the address on an envelope in the mailbox. E3 group. What a blood sucker! Watch out for this guy, he just can't tell a single truth!
