Brian Olson, owner, manager of Olson Firewood & Tree Services hired me to provide online advertising for his businesses. We agreed upon payment, instructions for submitting my invoices weekly and his committment to pay promptly via paypal weekly.

Unfortunately after 2 weeks of receiving multiple excuses and promises, I was never paid. While he acknowledged over the phone and in writing (email) that my work for him generated results = sales and income for him.

In the 2 weeks following, Mr. Olson refuses to take my calls, does not respond to my messages and emails.

He owes me $$$ for work completed.

It has now been 50 days since my original request and formal invoice was presented to Brian Olson of Olson Trees and Firewood /Olsons Trees and Firewood / Olsons Home Impreovement and I still have not received payment.

I have made daily email reuqests and a weekly phone message - however he sees my number appear on his cell phone and will not answer it so I left a message -- all to no avail.

On Oct 21, 2013, he responded again with the following email:

"Come get your money.  I have your cash come get it.  I offered to pay.  One more post about me and your really going to be upset.  I have tried to pay you.  Not my fault you don't have a car."
 
Unfortunately, he wouldn't take my call nor respond to any more of my emails.  I suspected he blocked my emails so I created a new email account to which he did respond on Oct. 25, 2013 with the following emails:

"I can pay cash.  That's the only way I can do it. Somehow some way we have to meet for me to pay you."

"Ok where and when do we meet?"
"Want my home and shop address? Brian"
 
I asked for his job address, stating that I would get into my car and drive immediately to pick up the $$$ that is owed to me.  Brian Olson never responded or called me by phone.  He also deleted one of his email accounts.
 
So I again created a new account and emailed a final notice on Oct 26, 2013 informing him that he had until Monday, Oct. 29, 2013 to pay me or I would file a police report for "Theft of Services"; file a claim in small claims court/ File a Lien.
 
I received a response via email on Oct. 29, 2013 as follows:
 
"Have fun.   All my emails and texts are saved. Evidence I tried to pay you.  You are a nobody who apparently can't meet in your own town.   Have fun with Snohomish pd.  Brian"
