Brian Podolak and Jimmy Sposato had stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from investors and fled the US.

We are currently in contact with the FBI so details will be updated as we move ahead.

Just want to make sure no other people get scammed from these two crooks.

Here is an update on the situation.

Jesse Foote was the guy behind this mess. He made unsubstantiated claims, and there was no theft.

Jesse is now working alone on something else, and the parties are now working on this project together.

We believe that we will have a very profitable future together.

Stay Tuned for a update as we are moving in a positive direction

You now have to add insult to injury i see by posting lies with your " Rebuttal "

The FBI will be closing in on you before you know it.

Enjoy your freedom while you two can!

This is not posting lies on the internet .

 This is the "THE TRUTH" and i know it hurts ...

If you rebuttle again with ANYTHING then we will start contacting ALL your asscoiates and do a full blown internet blast exposing both of you.

You are just making it worse for you and Jimmy and spreading shame on your family.

And yes we are off a bit but we said we needed the office in the USA. This off shore going was an issue. Now we have usa options, and space ready. 

 

I told you I needed a tad of time. I'm going to talk to attorney tomorrow. I'll get back to you then.
 
I need to see our options.
 
Either way, I agree there was a sizeable investment from you. I'll find out the best way to resolve this from council.

I am Brian. Did not steal "hundreds of thousands of dollars."

I guess people can post whatever they want. Please have the "FBI" call me.
