 This is Tony Zito. I owned Successful Agents Online and Brian Rogers purchased it from me. I will say that I never knew of anything he did to rip anyone off and was always above board. I sold him my websites and marketing systems including my Expired Listing system. And have noting negative to say about Brian. Tony Zito

I am one of the people listed on this report as a so-called "accomplice"and I am not too happy about it.

First of all, I am a customer of Brian Rodgers and I gave him an unsolicited testimonial to put on his website. That DOES NOT make me an "accomplice". I was happy with the product and services he provided, and feel that people should be recognized when they go above and beyond like Brian does.

Second, as Brian points out, I fail to even see what the complaint is. It is bothersome when bogus reports get posted here because they apparently never get taken off. Brian does not deserve to have this bad mark.

I am more than a little frustrated that my company's name will now come up on a search related to scams. We have built a business based on quality work and good service. I will be looking into a slander suit as this is completely ridiculous and unwarranted.

Whoever reads this should know that he is an honest guy who truly has helped many in the industry. He is well respected, and I know that if someone had an honest problem with what they received, he would have done whatever he needed to make it right.

I'm not exactly sure what your complaint is. You keep saying in your report that we are a scam but you fail to ever give one shred of evidence that you were scammed. I think you need to remove this immediately/

I have a long reputation in the real estate industry and have thousands of satisfied customers since 1998 with no reports such as this. My company provides a very valuable service to the real estate industry and we take pride in both our services as well as our reputation.

Now, I would like to address what seems to be the two points you talk about in your post.

First: You claim we are somehow a scam because we purchased our competitors websites and businesses and are now using them to sell own own services. Yes, this is absolutely true, It is what called mergers and acquisition in the business world. Companies everyday acquire other companies, I think Google Acquires a company on almost a daily basis, does this make Google a scam?

Because we provide such a valuable service to our customers we have been able to endure the good times and well as the tough times int he business over the years. Some of our competitors whom I highly respect decided for whatever reasons to retire, get out of the business or sell their business and I of course am interested in buying competitive businesses.

2. Tony Zito - I purchased his entire business including all products and websites
3. RealEstateToolbox.com - I purchased this site from a website hosting company in Minnesota

This is simply good, smart business not a scam, so I fail to see how you can possibly make that claim and even remotely understand how to run a successful business.


And Finally, your second claim which is totally false says that I use other names and aliases to sell our services and you go on to list those names.

You actually copied TESTIMONIALS right off of one of our websites, testimonials. These re people who have done business with us in the past and have said nice things about us. I think almost every business in the world uses testimonials of past customers and this list is just that, testimonials of happy customers.

These names are testimonials of happy customers all of which I have their permission to use. Feel free to look up and contact any of them, they are HAPPY CUSTOMERS of our service and you are claiming they are made up names, aliases and accomplises? Pretty far fetched. Again, anyone can look these people up and contact them.

Your report is obviously an attempt to slander our company, you didn't even sign your name to this report because you know there is no merit whatsoever to your claim. I am fairly certain that you were never a customer of ours at any time in the past.

If you actually have proof of being scammed by us, please provide the proof because I doubt you have any as you more than likely have never done business with us.
