Complaint Review: Brian Vokey

Soma financial, Brian Vokey, and management, stole my commissions from me.  The amount was around $15,000.00.  I had brought accounts to the firm in one month.  At the time for commissions, Brian would not take my calls for about 2  weeks, and when I did get in touch with him, he told me that they felt I did nothing to earn my commission, so they felt I deserved nothing.  One of the loans that I brought to the company was my own father's refinance.  I even paid for my fathers appraisal. I did not get compensated for that either.   I contacted the state of Nevada, licencing division, telling them the facts.  Soma wrote a letter stating that I had been fired for fraud and misrepresentation, which was a lie so they could steal my earned commissions.  The state of Nevada did nothing to investigate.  Soma and Brian Vokey got away with $15,000.00 of money that I had earned.  I am appalled that they could say I did nothing, even though my father would not have refinanced with Soma, if I had not been working there.  These people are crooks.  Brian Vokey joined forces with them, and as such, is a crook.  It led to the foreclosure of my house.  Brian will do anything to get the money out of your pockets.  He will say anything necessary to make sure he gets your money.  Do not trust him.  I was his friend before he went to Soma.  I worked directly with his wife, and had no reason to not trust him.  I have heard that he is divorced. (and I can understand why, now)  If you read this, please do not give him your business, and let him know the reason why!  I am happy to discuss the facts with anyone that is interesed.  At the time, my children were 6 and 10 years old.  What kind of a person lets children of this age, get kicked out on the streets.  What a worthless person Brian is, and Soma.
