After multiple unanswered emails and phone calls over a period of 6 weeks, I left a message telling him that I was going to reverse the credit card charges if he didnt ship my products by Friday, June 14th. On Friday at 4:54pm Brian Welker sent me a fedex notice of shipment for a package. The tracking number gave details that the Shipment had been "initiated". The estimated delivery date was June 18th.
